Drive past Kool Breeze Farms on a warm summer’s day and you’ll see a parking lot full of cars at the new Ice Cream Barn.
It’s a natural fit. What could be nicer than wandering through a garden centre with an ice cream cone in hand?
“It’s the only place in the area where you can get 31 flavours of lactose-free soft ice cream,” said owner Ian Simmons. Not to mention an array of hard ice cream favourites, provided locally by ADL.
The building itself is a state-of-the-art “buy local” model. Ian did the contracting himself and the work and materials were all provided locally.
