November 20th is National Child Day and the child care centres in the Summerside and surrounding area will be hosting a parade . The parade will be lead by Summerside City Police and end with Summerside Fire Department . We are hoping to include local dignitaries, Spud fm as well as the Journal Pioneer. We are looking at up to 200 children, staff and parents walking together to celebrate this special day. The children of our community are our future and it is our goal to celebrate our little patrons and reflect on the importance of their rights as children. At 10:00 a.m. we will leave the Causeway Bay Hotel and proceed down Central St. to Water St, Water St to Summer St., Summer St to Church St. where we will then turn left and proceed to the Causeway Bay Hotel.
